Common questions
How does the free trial work?
Create your account, confirm your email and add a card on the Billing page. Your 14-day free trial starts then — nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time.
What happens after the trial?
If you don't subscribe, your account keeps one cluster free. Any extra clusters stay safely stored and unlock again as soon as you pick a plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switching to a higher plan is charged pro-rata straight away; a lower plan starts at your next billing date. Cancelling keeps full access until the end of the paid period.
Is there enterprise pricing?
HR directors and larger organisations can request enterprise pricing — choose the Director plan and contact us from the portal billing page.
